CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy I require 48 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 25% service fee. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a 50% service fee may apply. No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your service. This helps ensure your appointment time is reserved and protected. Deposits are fully applied to rescheduled appointments when I receive at least 48 hours’ notice. A new deposit will be required to secure any future appointment after a late cancellation, same-day cancellation, or no-show. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time and business.
